The Wedding Singer

February 17 - March 17, 2018

The Wedding Singer's sparkling new score does for the '80s what Hairspray did for the '60s. Just say yes to the most romantic musical in twenty years.

Why See The Wedding Singer?

Shot through the heart

Rock back to the heady days of the 80s, when hairspray was in high demand and an outfit wasn't complete without voluminous shoulder pads. This is the world of Robbie Hart, a wedding singer with rock star ambitions whose joy in his work is doubled by his own impending nuptials. But even though he may be New Jersey's choice of wedding entertainment, his own road to the altar is not so smooth. Enter Julia, a delightful waitress who might just help Robbie rediscover his purpose and his heart!

Based on the hit Adam Sandler movie, Bay Area Musicals present this hilarious and touching adaptation from Ched Beguelin, Tim Herlihy and Matthew Sklav that tells Robbie's story with fabulous new song and dance numbers, romance and plenty of 80s references.
