I am a former resident of Kahuku that has lived on the mainland for quite a few years. My wife and I saw Lea Salonga three years ago in Albuquerque before the pandemic started. She put on a wonderful concert. She sang her hit songs from the Broadway shows she was in. She was very personable and she signed autographs after her show for her fans, I got an autograph and took a few photos of her signing autographs. Despite being in New Mexico, there were lots of Filipinos me included that attended the show, I almost felt like I was back in Hawaii. Get tickets for her concert and you will have a memorable evening!
