Why see Glass Beams?

Sequins, Sparkles, And PsychEledia

It's time to mask up, but not how you might think as Glass Beams head out on tour this fall. The band will be celebrating the release of their newest EP, Mahal, which includes songs such as Black Sand and Orb which are guaranteed to get you dancing. Known for selling out quickly, get your tickets now, and don't miss out!

Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Glass Beams cites Electric Light Orchestra, Ravi Shankar, and George Harrison among their influences, and the psychedelic and Indian themes are highly apparent in their music. While not much is known about the trio, their art far from suffers because of this sparkling anonymity.

I hope Glass Beams gets back in the studio after this tour - commencing with Austin City Limits - because I want MORE! Also, if I had to name their genre I would call it Glass Beams. ... Read more
