American metalcore band Poison the Well are celebrating the twenty-fifth anniversary of their debut album "The Opposite of December... A Season of Separation". Poison the Well formed in Coral Springs, Florida in 1997. They are widely regarded as one of the best metalcore bands of all time and as a defining factor in the early 2000s post-hardcore scene. They recently announced that they were working on their first studio album since 2009.
