Kims Convenience

Why see Kims Convenience?

A Convenience Like No Other

Sell-out show Kim's Convenience is headed to San Francisco this fall. Ins Choi's play, which has previously sold out runs in under three hours, is being revived at the Toni Rembe Theater, with Choi himself starring as Mr. Kim. The work, a dedication to Choi's Korean immigrant parents was also adapted into a successful television sitcom starring Marvel powerhouse Simu Liu. A surefire hit that you don't want to miss!

What's It About?

Mr. Kim is the owner of his business, Kim's Convenience, working alongside his wife and daughter. Troubles arise as his wayward son Jung returns, and his livelihood is placed under threat by a potential superstore opening.
